Job Title:Business Analyst

Location:Omaha NE (Onsite 5 days a week)

Position Summary

• We are seeking aBusiness Analystwith experience documentingcurrent-state processes designingdata-driven future states and supporting strategic decision-making.
• This role will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs supportAgile/PI planning and translate requirements into clear actionableuser stories.
• The ideal candidate brings strong skills inanalytics reporting and KPI measurementto help drive prioritization and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Document and analyzecurrent-state processesand identify improvement opportunities.
• Definefuture-state solutionsusing data analysis and external research.
• Partner with stakeholders duringAgile ceremoniesandPI planning.
• Decomposeepicsinto detaileduser storiesand acceptance criteria.
• Track and report onKPIs insights and business outcomes.
• Support cross-functional teams with data-driven recommendations and process improvements.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience as aBusiness Analystor similar role.
• Strong background inprocess documentationrequirements gathering anduser story development.
• Experience working inAgile environments.
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience withreporting analytics and KPI tracking.

Preferred

• Experience withJiraSnowflake andTableau.

The base salary for this position is $ 78500 to $83 073 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location qualifications skills education experience and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical dental and vision insurance comprehensive employee assistance program 401(k) retirement plan paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
