Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Manufacturing domain processes SAP ECC/BW and enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams by translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications and enabling data-driven decision-making initiatives.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong Manufacturing domain experience including Supply Chain Production Procurement Inventory and Plant Operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP BW for reporting analytics and business process understanding.
• Strong requirement gathering stakeholder management and documentation skills (BRD FRD User Stories UAT).
• Experience with Data Analysis KPI reporting dashboards and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Good understanding of SQL ETL Data Mapping Data Validation and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with Data Engineering BI and cross-functional business teams on reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
Snowflake / Azure / AWS / Databricks exposure
ERP modernization or data transformation programs
Agile methodology experience
