Senior Business Analyst

Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Operations this roleyou will identify opportunities to streamline business operations through AI automationand intelligent workflows. You will partner with operational leaders to eliminate manualwork improve decision-making and build scalable solutions that increase efficiencyacross the firm.

Success in this role requires someone who combines strong analytical thinking with abuilders mindset. You should be comfortable using modern AI tools such as Claude Codeto develop automations analyze complex information and create practical solutions thatsolve real business problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify prioritize and implement AI-driven processimprovements.
• Design build and maintain AI-powered workflows using Claude Code Cowork andsimilar tools.
• Collaborate with engineering team to design document review and informationextraction workflows that leverage LLMs and process automations to analyze highvolumes of records and correspondence.
• Build automations that connect internal systems move and reconcile data and reducemanual labor.
• Write test and continuously improve prompts and AI workflows to ensure reliablehigh-quality output.
• Package successful automations into reusable tools that can be leveraged acrossmultiple teams.
• Design build and maintain dashboards and operational reporting using Power BISuperset Salesforce/Litify and Excel.
• Write SQL queries against Redshift to extract transform and analyze operational data.
• Monitor the performance of deployed automations and continuously improve reliabilityand business impact.
• Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and proactively recommend new opportunities to improve operations.

Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in business operations analytics business intelligencetechnical operations or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building practical solutions using Claude Claude Code GPT orcomparable AI platforms.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python.
• Experience with Power BI Salesforce/Litify Redshift or comparable reporting and CRMplatforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement andmeasurable business outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience preferably in Business ComputerScience STEM or a related field.
