SPECIFIC TASKS:
Each consultant shall possess at least one (1) of the following certifications or an equivalent certification approved by the Government:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer (legacy or current equivalent)
CIW Advanced HTML5 & CSS3 Specialist
CIW JavaScript Specialist
Equivalent certifications may be accepted at the Government s discretion

Required Expertise
A minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience developing complex web-based applications.
At least five (5) years of experience using C# JavaScript HTML and CSS in production environments.
Advanced experience developing Blazor Server applications.
Advanced experience with JavaScript interop and DOM-based UI manipulation.
Strong understanding of XML-based document models including schema-driven content and structured document semantics.
Experience defining or overseeing XML-to-HTML translation strategies for document-centric applications.
Familiarity with industry-standard XML frameworks such as DITA DocBook or equivalent custom XML schemas.
