Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop validate and troubleshoot PC-DMIS CMM programs for complex components including offline programming from CAD models and engineering drawings.
- Perform advanced first article in-process and final dimensional inspections using blueprints and GD&T requirements.
- Analyze inspection results and support improvements in quality accuracy and throughput.
- Maintain accurate inspection documentation and support medical-device quality requirements.
- Serve as a senior technical resource and mentor/cross-train other inspectors.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced CMM and PC-DMIS programming experience including offline programming from CAD models and engineering drawings.
- Strong GD&T blueprint interpretation dimensional inspection and troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of medical-device quality requirements including ISO 13485 FDA QMSR and GMP.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently and mentor others.
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical device manufacturing experience.
- Experience with process capability measurement system performance continuous improvement or automation projects.
