We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing strong sustained growth and seeking a Senior Assurance Manager to join their St. Louis team. This firm is known for its collaborative people-first culture strong leadership and clear pathway to Partnership.

• Lead and oversee multiple audit review and compilation engagements
• Review workpapers and deliverables to ensure compliance with professional standards
• Serve as a senior advisor and primary relationship owner for key clients
• Mentor and develop managers supervisors and senior staff
• Drive business development efforts including identifying new opportunities and leading proposals
• Oversee engagement budgets timelines and overall execution
• Provide technical leadership and resolve complex accounting and audit issues

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA required
• 8 years of public accounting assurance experience
• Proven experience leading large engagements and managing teams
• Strong technical expertise in GAAP and auditing standards
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development
• Excellent leadership communication and strategic thinking skills
