The team brings deep big-firm experience and delivers tailored high-touch solutions to lower and middle-market clients across Healthcare Industrials & Business Services Consumer & Retail and Software & Technology.

The Opportunity
The firm is in a high-growth phase and looking to add a Senior Associate to its Financial Due Diligence practice. This is an opportunity to join a lean senior-led team with direct exposure to private equity clients significant deal ownership from day one and a clear path for career progression as the firm scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence (Quality of Earnings) for private equity sponsors and strategic acquirers
  • Analyze EBITDA revenue trends margin drivers working capital and debt-like items
  • Build and maintain Excel-based diligence models bridges and supporting schedules
  • Identify and quantify normalization adjustments and key financial risks
  • Draft sections of diligence reports and prepare materials for management meetings and buyer presentations
  • Collaborate directly with deal teams client stakeholders legal and tax advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Support multiple concurrent engagements in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

Qualifications

  • 2 4 years of financial due diligence (Quality of Earnings) experience ideally from a Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm
  • Strong technical grounding in QoE working capital and debt-like analyses
  • CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau a plus
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with PE sponsors and client management
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and work independently in a lean team environment
