Job Description:

Were seeking a Proposal Manager to join our Proposal Management Team responsible for leading our proposal this role youll develop schedules and outlines for our proposal response. You will also coordinate with sales engineering program management contracts and other cross-functional teams to bring together content to create a compliant compelling and persuasive proposal. If you have a strong background in proposals excellent project management skills and a passion for winning wed love to have you on our team.

Essential Functions:

• Own the development and timely delivery of proposals in response to RFx and standalone customer requests
• Ensure delivery of compliant and professionally produced proposals meeting customer requirements and company standards using industry best practices and company processes
• Coordinate and review proposal inputs from crosss-functional teams and package them into a proposal response
• Develop/manage proposal timelines and coordinate proposal process and approvals
• Overtime and travel as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 2 years prior experience 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 6 years prior experience in proposal lieu of a degree minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in proposal management.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Certification
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Advanced MS Word skills and proficiency in MS Office products
• Subject Matter Expertise in proposal and RFP best practices
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a team environment

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in California Massachusetts New Jersey Washington and the Greater Denver or NYC areas is$67000 - $124000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York state Cleveland Ohio Vermont and Virginia is$57500 - $107500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
