Job Description:
Essential Functions:
Responsible for detailed schedule analysis of network logic and critical path.
Performs what if scenarios for individual program management team members.
Performs schedule variance analysis by comparing baseline to schedule.
Leads management team in schedule development.
Resolves critical path and network conflicts.
Developsnew scheduling procedures methods and concepts.
Reviews anddevelopshighly complexschedule network logic for errors and inconsistencies.
Ensures compliance with internal program procedures as well as PCS (Project Control Systems) guidelines and IMS DID (IntegratedMaster Schedule Data Item Description).
Provide leadership functions to other schedulers.
Provide schedule training to departmentengineeringand Controllers organization.
Ensures management understanding of network logic Gantt pert milestone lists and resource information in the schedule.
Qualifications:
- To be eligible applicants must be pursuing a Masters degree Program Management Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related field or have completed their Masters degree within the last 12 months regardless of age.
