Job Description:

L3Harris Technologies Company is seekinga Senior Associate Product Manager to join our growing L3Harris Missile Solutions Sector facility in Orange Virginia.The Lead Product Manager is a key product-centric leadership role that reports into site leadership and is also the liaison between the program office and the Camden this role you will lead a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) to achieve a product lines delivery quality and cost goals.

Essential Functions:

• Manage all delivery quality schedule and cost targets associated with a programs production.
• Develop and execute the Production Integrated Product Team (P-IPT) business rhythm.
• Developand maintainproduction schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Developand maintaincustomer relationships.
• Manage financial impacts and program budgets (EVM & Control Account Manager Duties) Safety Security PP&C Global Supply Chain and IT.
• Lead the Production IPT alignment for the operations site teams to successfully execute program requirements relative to delivery quality schedule cost and performance.
• Interface with site leadership program management and customer to ensure the program needs and site plans are in alignment.
• Develop recovery plans when issues arise and coordinate applicable corrective actions.
• Business Travel up to 10% to L3Harris or customer sites

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant operations program or product management experience or Graduate Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related operations program or product management experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience within manufacturing/production in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Experience and familiarity with MS Office products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to analyze evaluate and develop solutions to technical problems with minimum supervision.
