A leading biotechnology organization is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join the Bioanalytical Sciences group of the PKDM-BA department in Thousand Oaks to perform experiments organize data and analyze results. Specific responsibilities include planning and performing immunoassays/ELISAs participating in method validations preparing and analyzing biological samples analyzing own data interpreting and developing solutions to technical problems under GxP regulations with some supervision and documenting and communicating results. Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills are also required.

• Plan and perform immunoassays/ELISAs
• Participate in method validations
• Prepare and analyze biological samples
• Analyze own data

• Document and communicate results

• Regulated bioanalysis experience
• Good Documentation Practices
• Quality-focused approach
• Strong pipetting technique
• Experience working within a GMP and GLP environment
• Strong documentation experience

• Hands-on experience and knowledge in ELISA/immunoassays
• Ability to operate specialized laboratory equipment and good computer skills
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Highly motivated creative collaborative and detail-oriented
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative research and development environment
• Knowledge and experience in performing immunoassays especially ELISA
• Good computer skills
• Good documentation skills
• Automation system experience (Hamilton or Teccan liquid handler)

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences required
• 0 years with a relevant MS or equivalent; 2 years with a relevant BS or equivalent; 4 years with a relevant AS or equivalent; 6 years with a HS diploma

• Minimum 3 years of laboratory-based research experience in academic or industrial labs under GxP regulations

• Hands-on experience and knowledge in ELISA/immunoassays or ECL
• Automation system experience (Hamilton or Teccan liquid handler)

• Interview process: Virtual interviews for screening then either multiple virtual interview follow-up or in-person as available.
