| Job Description: | The Senior Associate Dean serves as the chief internal administrative and academic leader of the College and is a key strategic partner to the Dean. This position provides executive leadership for the Colleges academic research administrative and operational functions while helping advance the Colleges mission of excellence in education research innovation and public service. The successful candidate will be a visionary collaborative and results-oriented leader with demonstrated success in higher education administration and faculty leadership. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional emotional intelligence sound judgment strategic thinking outstanding communication skills organizational leadership integrity and the ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholders. Working closely with the Dean department chairs faculty staff students and university leadership the Senior Associate Dean will help position the College for continued national prominence while ensuring excellence in day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
