Overview
The Senior AI Engineer drives end-to-end delivery of production AI platformsleading solution architecture orchestrating model pipelines designing multi-agent workflows and creating reusable SDKs and frameworks. They work across product engineering security and governance teams to ensure AI systems are scalable observable cost-efficient and compliant. Senior Engineers are responsible for defining design patterns optimizing operational pipelines and enabling internal reuse of proven solutions.
As an AI Engineer you will own the full lifecycle from architecting secure compliant solutions to deploying and scaling them in production. You will work with Azure OpenAI Azure AI Search multi-agent orchestration and API integrations for EHR CRM and member portals all while solving complex problems ensure HIPAA compliance and Responsible AI practices.
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Computer Engineering Mathematics/Statistics or related field or equivalent practical experience delivering production AI/ML systems.(Preferred)
Masters or equivalent experience (Preferred)
Certification/Licensure
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Azure Solutions Architect or ML specialty credentials (Preferred)
Experience
5 years in production-grade AI/ML (Required)
3 years building and operating production AI/ML systems - training deployment monitoring (Required)
One year GenAI/LLM or RAG solution delivered to production or equivalent experience open-source contributions or startups. (Required)
We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay rate for full-time employment is: $106080 - $176820.80. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call overtime premiums extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities.
