Senior Architect

A Senior Architect at H2M architects engineers works in developing and executing architectural design work along with coordinating the efforts of both in-house and outside teams who handle structural engineering MEP design civil and environmental engineering work environment includes a first-class office with the latest CAD Revit and BIM tools on-site fieldwork and the clients project location.H2Ms Architecture team balances form and function creativity and practicality and the natural and built environments to deliver thoughtful responsive design solutions. Since establishing the practice in 1987 we have collaborated closely with clients to develop sustainable attainable designs grounded in professional expertise and marketspecific experience. Through collaboration and best practices we create architecture that meets the evolving needs of our clients and the communities they ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop relationships with key clients for client satisfaction and business new client relationships with key accounts and develop strategic teaming relationships with firms in selected markets and identify appropriate teaming partners to secure key accounts within targeted markets; provide executive presentations and maintain close relationships with a select channel of contacts at key appropriate trade shows when needed creating greater exposure strengthening the companys image resulting in the generation of good leads and all aspects of client relations including attending decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative and have an important impact on extensive architectural role in development of projects from design development through construction documents and services during construction administrationAbility to demonstrate creativity foresight and mature architectural judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented architectural compliance with technical documents and industry-specific standards and in the analysis of client problems in conceiving and developing architectural solutions to those other like duties as & Qualifications10 years of architectural design degree in architecture required. Masters degree RA required architecture enrollment in NCARB IDP preferred. LEED accreditation is also a knowledge of Architectural ability to work and thrive in a team of project specifications & CSI division knowledge of to Revit and other BIM in Photoshop SketchUp and Microsoft organizational time management & multitasking skills paired with excellent communication skills both oral and salary range for this role is $110000 to $150000 annually.
