Senior Architect

Were looking for a Sr. Architect with 10 years experience in architectural design CAD production and document this role you will work in developing and executing architectural design work. Experience with interior architecture or interior design is also desired but not mandatory. You will also coordinate the efforts of both in-house and outside teams who handle structural engineering MEP design civil and environmental engineering ResponsibilitiesMaintain /develop relationships with key clients for client satisfaction and business expansionBuild new client relationships with key accounts and develop strategic teaming relationships with firms in selected markets and identification of appropriate Teaming Partners to secure key accounts within targeted markets; provide executive presentations and maintain close relationships with a select channel of contacts at key appropriate Trade Shows when needed creating greater exposure strengthen the companys image resulting in the generation of good leads and follow all aspects of client relations including attending decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative and have an important impact on extensive architectural role in development of projects from design development through construction documents and services during construction administrationAbility to demonstrate creativity foresight and mature architectural judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented architectural compliance with technical documents and industry specific standards and in the analysis of client problems in conceiving and developing architectural solutions to those other like duties as and Qualifications10 years of architectural design knowledge of Architectural knowledge of AutoCADExposure to Revit and other BIM softwareThe ability to work and thrive in a team of project specifications & CSI division organizational time management & multitasking communication skills both oral and in Photoshop Sketch-Up and Microsoft degree in Architecture required. Masters RA enrollment in NCARB IDP accreditation a salary range for this role is $110000 - $150000 employment offer may deviate from this publishedrange based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience specialty knowledge education geography and/or related certifications not related to any applicants characteristics protected by local state or federal law.
