A Project Architect is required to join an established design-led architecture practice in the Greater Philadelphia Area working on complex sports entertainment hospitality arena and student-facility projects.
This is a hybrid Project Architect opportunity for someone who can lead projects from concept through construction while balancing design quality technical delivery consultant coordination and client communication. You will help translate design intent into coordinated buildable documentation while supporting junior team members and acting as a key link between the client and architectural team.

The Project Architect / Senior Architect Role:
- Lead architectural documentation from concept through construction
- Oversee construction administration including RFIs submittals and field coordination
- Translate design intent into coordinated buildable project documentation
- Coordinate with clients consultants contractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain project documentation in line with quality standards and project requirements
- Develop design solutions that respond to client goals schedule budget and technical constraints
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to define track and deliver key milestones
- Act as a primary liaison between the client and architectural team
- Support meetings updates and project communication across the team
- Provide leadership mentoring and day-to-day direction to junior team members
Project Architect / Senior Architect Requirements:
- 810 years of professional architectural experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture a related field or foreign equivalent
- Registered Architect or actively progressing towards licensure
- Experience across sports entertainment hospitality arena or student-facility projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes zoning jurisdictional processes materials specifications construction methods and construction administration
- Experience with consultant coordination construction documents and field observation
- Proficiency in Revit SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative deadline-driven environment
