We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Architect to join our team and lead key projects while driving business development and management efforts.

Position Overview:

The Senior Architect will play a pivotal role in leading architectural design and providing strategic oversight to projects for municipal clients as well as private developers. This position combines design leadership with strong management and business development responsibilities offering an opportunity to influence both the creative and operational aspects of our projects. The ideal candidate will be a skilled architect with substantial experience in client relationships project delivery and a proven track record in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership & Project Oversight:

Lead architectural design efforts for complex projects ensuring high-quality design solutions that align with client needs and project goals.

Manage project teams through all phases of design including conceptualization schematic design design development and construction documentation.

Oversee project budgets schedules and resources to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.

Coordinate with other design professionals contractors and consultants to ensure cohesive project execution.

Management & Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor junior architects design staff and technical teams fostering an environment of collaboration and professional development.

Develop and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

Manage project workflows ensuring that design standards quality control processes and client expectations are consistently met.

Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with municipal clients private developers and key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored architectural solutions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead client presentations and meetings effectively communicating design concepts progress and recommendations.

Business Development & Strategic Growth:

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of MRB Groups portfolio by cultivating relationships with potential clients and partners.

Prepare and present proposals qualifications and presentations to prospective clients.

Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for business growth including marketing initiatives and competitive positioning.

Stay informed on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify new areas for growth and innovation.
