The Role
Asa Senior Analyston theStructuredFinanceteam at Cypress Creek your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the teams efforts infinancing our late-stage development projects. The Role
Cypress Creek Energy isseekinga talented and highly motivated Senior Analyst Structured Financeto support our solar and battery storage project financing activities. Senior Analysts play a critical role in our Structured Finance deal teams with primary responsibilities centered on managing the financial analysis and structuring of late-stage development position offers the opportunity to work closely with our CIOand SVPStructuredFinanceand other members of Cypress Creek Energys senior leadership team providing direct exposure to strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
In this role you will gain deep exposure to project developmentengineeringand EPC contracting workstreams andhave the opportunity tounderstand what it takes to build successful profitable solar and storage generation facilities. You will developexpertiseacross multiplefacetsof a growing industry while rapidly advancing your career.

Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst will report to theDirector StructuredFinanceand support the group through functions including:
- Performassetvaluation forSolar storage and natural gas/firm generationprojects including expected project value and forecasted capital sourcesi
- Support the maintenance of thefinancial models for Cypress Creek project financing transactions including engaging withinternal and external parties toidentifyproper model inputs and assumptionsincorporate new types of debt or tax equity structures run sensitivity analyses todetermineoptimalproject scenarios etc.
- Provide transactionand due diligencesupport for project financings and asset acquisitions & sales
- Developinvestment recommendation memos evaluating project risk & return profiles
- Conductvaluation and investment analysis for the firms Financial Sponsors and Board of Directors
- Collaboratewith otherCypress Creekteams including engineering development andO&M to develop a valuation thesis for all key markets
Education & Experience Required
- BA/BS degree (MBAs welcome)
- At least three years of Excel-based financial modeling experience preference for solar/storage/gas valuation experience
- At least three years of finance experience in investment banking private equity principal investing structured/project finance corporate development and/or corporate finance/FP&A
- Knowledge of energy markets and a variety of energy technologies
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong desireto work in the energy industry
- Self-motivated witha high levelof initiative attention to detail and accountability
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment
- Organized diligent and able to track/manage multiple streams of information on an ongoing basis
- Formal credit and underwriting training a plus
- Successful completion of an Excel-based modeling test will berequired

Location:We have a strong preference for the candidate to be based in a CCR office either in San Franciscoor NYC. Our teamoperateson a hybrid schedule withanin-office schedule of three days per week.
Compensation:The salary range for the position is$115000 to $135000plusbonusand benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending ona number offactors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience and location.
