Senior Analyst, Specialist

What Youll Do:

Data Management Experimentation & Analysis

• Acquire integrate and analyze structured and unstructured data ensuring data quality accuracy and analytical integrity.

• Perform advanced analysis of historical and campaign data to identify trends drivers and opportunities.

• Drive analytic insights through regression experimentation and other advanced analytics techniques.

• Develop subject matter expertise in areas such as audience targeting client journey analytics campaign analysis marketing channels and content performance.

Reporting & Visualization

• Create clear actionable visualizations and presentations that translate insights into business actions.

• Develop own and maintain recurring dashboards reports and analytic processes.

Project Leadership & Strategy

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and analytical needs.

• Translate business requirements into structured analytical approaches and lead projects through completion.

• Proactively identify opportunities where analytics can improve business outcomes.

• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.

Knowledge Sharing

• Promote best practices and continuous improvement in analytics tools and methodologies.

• Document processes and share learnings across the team.

• Serve as a subject matter expert within the analytics organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Marketing Customer Experience Design (CXD) Engineering and Finance partners to deliver integrated insights.

• Participate in cross-divisional data initiatives and support resolution of data and operational challenges.

Communication & Presentation Excellence

• Deliver clear and timely updates to stakeholders.

• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate analysis insights and recommendations to stakeholder audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years related work experience.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
