JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Senior Analyst Portfolio Management role supports the execution and the implementation of the Companys strategies and programs that drive the financial and operational performance of the fund by gathering and analyzing market property and portfolio data identifying opportunities for improving operational performance managing programs that promote revenue or client satisfaction enhancement and performing analytical program management or other tasks that support the daily operation of the fund.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains and updates fund-level models used to revalue current portfolio produce fund-level return metrics and evaluate the impact of various investment activities on future Fund performance
  • Helps design and prepare materials and deliverables for presentation to internal committees outside institutional investors and other stakeholders.
  • Monitors and reports on financial and operational performance of all fund or vehicle assets. Identifies designs and implements asset-level operational improvements.
  • Conducts financial analysis of investment opportunities including the creation of detailed pro-forma and financial models. Gathers compiles investigates and analyzes market data to identify potential investment opportunities and prepares narrative investment memoranda detailed reports and market summaries that provide insights on proposed investment activities.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in real estate finance and/or investment banking. Asset underwriting experience is a plus.
  • A bachelors degree is required in finance business or related field.
  • Attention to detail and strong creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and experience creating high quality external presentations.
  • Proficiency in AI systems. Experience with Claude and/or ClaudeCode is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements prior experience current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.

  • Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary this role may be eligible to participatein weekly monthly and/or quarterly bonus programs.
