The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team.

RTX is seeking a strong candidate to join the Mobility Payroll and Tax Team as a Senior Analyst successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of our U.S. expatriate Mobility team is a fast paced high volume metric driven highly collaborative cross functional environment which is focused on individual and team performance as well as continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Support U.S. expatriate payroll accurately and timely including taxwithholding setup and changes bonusrelated tax entries retroactive pay adjustments verificationofemployment requests and payrollpreview review.

• Enter and maintain additional payroll items as needed.

• Document and maintain standard operating procedures.

• Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

• Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a high level of service.

• Support payrollrelated projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications You Must Have

• A Bachelors Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in US payroll processing.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Understanding of expatriate payroll administration.

• Experience with ADP Globalview or ADP Ev5.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask.

• Self-starter able to work effectively in a fast paced highly collaborative cross functional team environment with excellent verbal and written skills.

• Must be able to demonstrate expertise in problem solving analysis and issue resolution.

• Proficiency in excel.

• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
