Job Summary
TheSeniorAnalystField Service Operationswill manage operational aspects of the field service organization ensuringconsistent execution the building of a scalable businessmodel and mutual accountability for all parties. Activities could includesupport and ownership inareassuch asfleet management storage facility managementtools/calibrated equipment management etc.
What you will do:
- Coordinate and communicate key aspects of onboarding and offboarding processes including tools and equipment management.
- Develop and monitor metrics for process effectiveness and efficiency focusing on continuous improvement in field service operations.
- Evaluate 3rd-party vendor performance based on contracts and metrics including those related to tools calibrated equipment and storage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in service delivery fleet operations and equipment management.
- Monitor and develop metrics for the effectiveness of tool storage and calibration ensuring performance targets and operational efficiency are met.
- Improve processes related to 3rd-party suppliers tools and equipment management for better efficiency and quality
- Create and maintain vendor agreements for field service and equipment management.
- Identify new opportunities based on customer insights and field service feedback.
What you need:
Required:
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
Preferred:
- Experience managing inventories warehouses and calibration processes
- Vendor management experience
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal stakeholders in a large matrixed organization
United States of America Pay Ranges:
- USN: $69500 - $110900 USD Annual
