As a Senior Analyst - eDiscovery you will work closely with our partners in Legal and Global Investigations to assist with the collection and delivery of structured data adhering to the programs standard policies procedures and quality assurance requirements. This individual will also be responsible for proactively identifying potential risks and working with our business and technology partners to enhance existing processes. Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville AR Youll make an impact by

• Leading and managing complex discovery and data collection efforts with increasing ownership and autonomy.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned high-risk matters overseeing structured data collections ensuring quality control and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to align on legal and operational requirements.
• Driving decision-making within their scope identifying emerging risks and new data sources and developing scalable processes and solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Leading the implementation and adoption of AI and automation tools supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the function.
• Defining tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) providing insights trend analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making and program optimization.

• You have substantial eDiscovery experience and understand best practices of the discovery process.
• You demonstrate advanced knowledge of the litigation case lifecycle.
• You are comfortable navigating complex enterprise platforms databases and cloud technologies.
• You can manage multiple competing priorities while still achieving results.
• You can identify and implement quality assurance and operational efficiencies in the context of eDiscovery processes.
• You are comfortable building relationships leveraging internal partnerships and working collaboratively on a cross-functional team.
• You have a bias towards action and execution.
• You are process-minded and actively seek out opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• You have strong communication and problem-solving skills
• You are comfortable using AI

The annual salary range for this position is $70000.00 - $130000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelors degree in legal studies computer science information systems or related area and 1 years experience in eDiscovery investigations legal operations or data management.
Option 2: 3 years experience in eDiscovery investigations legal operations digital forensics or related area.
