About the team:
The Claims Management team specializes in managing workers compensation and general liability claims with precision and professionalism. Team members collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and compliant claim resolution. Emphasizing clear communication thorough documentation and proactive handling of complex cases the team supports business goals through sound judgment and strong relationships. Committed to continuous improvement and ethical standards the team delivers consistent service quality and effective support throughout the claims process fostering a reliable and efficient environment for case management and resolution.
What youll do:
- Develop and execute investigative plans tailored to varying case types and business unit contexts.
- Gather evaluate and analyze case materials including conducting interviews and reviewing findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate recommendations and align case actions with business expectations.
- Provide expert guidance on corrective action implementation and support leaders in case-related communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve investigative protocols and processes offering actionable solutions.
- Monitor case progress ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to support effective case management and resolution.

The annual salary range for this position is $70000.00 - $130000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
