Senior AI/ML Developer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Strong hands-on expertise in Python and end-to-end AI/ML model development

including data preparation feature engineering training evaluation optimization and production integration.

Proven experience with machine learning and deep learning algorithms model architectures

experimentation and frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.

Hands-on experience building Generative AI and Large Language Model solutions

including prompt engineering model orchestration evaluation guardrails and enterprise integration.

Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing embeddings semantic search and

Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures for grounded AI responses.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions and collaborate with architects

data engineers application teams QA and business stakeholders.

Guidewire platform knowledge or experience within Property and Casualty insurance applications.

Agentic AI concepts and the application of AI assistants or autonomous workflows in software engineering.

GitHub Actions for build test security scanning and deployment automation.

Experience in BFSI insurance or other high-volume enterprise application environments.

Leadership and stakeholder-management skills to guide a delivery squad and

collaborate directly with US-based customers.

Leadership and soft skills to lead squad and work directly with US customer.

Experience in P&C insurance or high-vol ume enterprise applications
