Job Role: Senior AI Engineer

Location: Detroit MI (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:- Work as an individual contributor across Java backend frontend middleware/API development and Generative AI.- Build AI-powered applications using Claude LangChain and LangGraph.

Required Skills:- 8 years of hands-on software development experience.- Strong Java / Spring Boot development experience.- Strong experience with REST APIs middleware microservices and system integrations.- Frontend development experience with React Angular or similar technologies.- Hands-on Generative AI / LLM development experience.- Strong experience with Claude LangChain and LangGraph.- Experience building AI agents RAG pipelines prompt engineering and LLM integrations.- Strong understanding of APIs JSON databases and distributed applications.- Experience with Git CI/CD testing and Agile development. Preferred:- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.- Experience with vector databases embeddings semantic search and AI evaluation.- Knowledge of AI security guardrails prompt injection and enterprise AI governance.- Experience integrating GenAI capabilities into large-scale enterprise applications.
