You will work on an advanced AI-powered platform designed to revolutionise the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Product AI Engineer

As a Product Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality digital products that drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable innovative solutions that meet client needs and exceed user expectations.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with product managers designers and engineers to develop and enhance digital products.
• Lead and mentor team to Engineers to design develop and test software solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
• Ensure the scalability performance and security of digital products.
• Contribute to the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth product operation.

Skills & Experience

• 7 years of experience in software development and product engineering. Preferably with an internet product-based company.
• 5 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management building processes testing and operations experience
• Should have experience leading and mentoring highly capable team of engineers and ensure delivery on project timelines.
• Should have experience in System Design and Architecture (HLD/LLD).
• Should have experience building agents till deployment.
• Strongproficiencyin Python with experience in LLM/agentic frameworks (LangChain LlamaIndexLangGraphcrewAIAutoGen).
• Experience with data structures or algorithms and strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals.
• Experience in professional software development experience including demonstrated experience designing building and operating scalable production-grade systems
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages including but not limited to Python
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies tools and processes.
• Experience in leading design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and microservices architecture and distributed systems. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices

Pay Range: $165000 - $195000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
