Senior AI Agent Developer TLM Automation

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Agent Developer to design build and deploy AI agents that automate Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) activities. The role focuses on developing autonomous agents that can analyze TLM reports security vulnerabilities application issues and code quality findings; generate fixes; create pull requests; and support software delivery workflows through production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI agents using Agentic AI frameworks.

Build MCP-based integrations with enterprise systems and developer tools.

Develop agents that can:

o Analyze TLM and vulnerability reports

o Investigate application defects

o Perform root cause analysis

o Generate code fixes

o Create Pull Requests (PRs)

o Support release and deployment activities

Implement agent evaluation testing and monitoring frameworks.

Build CI/CD pipelines for AI agents and MCP services.

Ensure security auditability and reliability of AI-driven workflows.

Collaborate with developers architects and operations teams.
