Senior Agent Product Engineer

You will own the end-to-end deployment of AI agents with design partner customers driving measurable revenue impact in a fast growing AI focused environment. You will embed directly with customers and ship agent improvements in real time to evolve how autonomous sales workflows operate.

• Deploy and iterate on AI agents for prospecting and outreach in collaboration with customers
• Embed with customer teams via shared channels and rapid iteration loops to translate field needs into agent improvements
• Build agents that automate nuanced SDR work with clear evaluation criteria and ongoing learning
• Own deployment outcomes end-to-end with high ownership and accountability for customer revenue impact
• Communicate effectively with sales engineering and leadership to surface needs and report status

• 5 years of engineering experience ideally with hands on production AI agent work or agentic workflows
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python
• Direct experience troubleshooting with enterprise customers across complex tech stacks
• Strong prompt engineering tool usage evals and trust calibration for production AI systems
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and ship without heavy process or management direction
• Based in San Francisco and willing to work in the office multiple days per week
