About the role

We are looking for a Senior Advisor - Contract Management to support the effective implementation and continuous improvement of contractor management practices across this role you will serve as a trusted advisor helping ensure alignment with Rio Tintos Contractor Management Standard (E7) while driving contractor performance compliance and value creation.

Reporting to the Manager Contractor Management and working within a collaborative and diverse team at Kennecott you will:

• Ensure contractor management processes align with Rio Tintos Contractor Management Standard (E7) and applicable governance requirements

• Analyze contractor management data toidentifytrends risks compliance gaps and continuous improvement opportunities

• Provide subject matterexpertiseand guidance to operational procurement and business stakeholders on contractor management practices

• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen contractor governance accountability and performance outcomes

• Support the resolution and escalation of complex contractor-related issues and risks

• Develop insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and risk mitigation

• Monitor contractor performance andidentifyopportunities to maximize value and operational effectiveness

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance contractor management systems processes and outcomes

About you

• A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team

• Demonstrated experience typically 8 years in contractor management contract governance procurement engineering business improvement or a related field within mining heavy industry or a similar environment

• Bachelors degree in Mining Mechanical Civil Process Engineering or a related technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence outcomes across multiple business functions

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability including interpreting data toidentifyrisks and opportunities

• Strong communicationand relationship-building skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
