Job Summary
Position Summary
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to assigned leaders and business functions including coverage for administrative team members as needed
- Manage complex calendars scheduling priorities and meeting coordination for senior leaders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries and logistics
- Prepare reports presentations correspondence and other business documents using information from multiple sources
- Coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site meetings conferences leadership events and company functions
- Process and reconcile expense reports and corporate credit card transactions through Concur
- Prepare and manage department-related documentation including contracts purchase orders scopes of work and service agreements
- Track departmental expenses and support budget management activities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support projects initiatives and operational priorities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Skills
- High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years of administrative experience supporting senior-level leaders
- Experience supporting senior-level leaders and working with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience preparing presentations reports and business correspondence
- Ability to independently manage complex schedules competing priorities and multiple projects
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive business information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience coordinating meetings events and travel arrangements including international travel
- Experience processing expense reports and managing business expenses through Concur or similar systems
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop kneel crouch see talk or hear in a standard office environment and independently from remote locations. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Ability to travel independently overnight and work after hours if required by travel schedule or business needs.
