This is a unique opportunity to step into a Senior Administration Officer role supporting a progressive Global Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in a privately owned high-growth organisation with operations across Australia Canada the US and the UK.
We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds including retail hospitality operations logistics administration or project coordination who bring strong organisational skills sound judgement and a proactive mindset along with a stable work history that reflects reliability and career growth.
Reporting directly to the Global CFO you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the CFOs office. You will provide high-level administrative coordination and organisational support helping manage priorities streamline workflows and keep things operating efficiently.
The CFO is highly progressive and embraces emerging technologies and AI to improve decision-making and productivity making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working smarter and continuously improving how things are done.
Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Global CFO and Company Secretary.
Manage a complex international calendar across multiple time zones proactively resolving conflicts and prioritising effectively.
Coordinate domestic and international travel including flights accommodation visas itineraries and key meetings.
Support inbox and correspondence management including drafting communications where appropriate.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring professional and timely communication.
Maintain accurate organised and confidential records and documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and adopt technology and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency.
You may already be working in administration team support office coordination customer service operations or a similar role in a fast-paced environment where organisation communication and problem-solving are essential.

A high level of professionalism discretion and integrity.
Formal qualifications in Business Administration or a related field are beneficial but not essential.

Hybrid working based in Dandenong South with flexibility to work from home and other locations including Mt Eliza.
