Job Summary

Koniag IT Systems LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Senior Acquisition Analyst (Cyber Security) with an active TS/SCI clearance to provide highlevel executive support within a Pentagon cybersecurity and IT policy environment to our government customer in Arlington VA. You will help shape and analyze cybersecurity-related procurement priorities ensure alignment with departmental objectives and contribute to integrated acquisition planning and decision-making activities across multiple concurrent high-visibility position requires strong subject matter expertise in DoD acquisitions contract management and program analysis along with the ability to manage complex processes and information flows in a fast-paced senior-level decision Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Analyze financial and program data related to operations business performance investments and acquisition DoD CIO program management and acquisition activities across multiple market research and advise on acquisition strategies to meet organizational requirements and procurement actions for services software licenses and acquisition management support to ensure contract actions meet program acquisition documentation such as Performance Work Statements (PWS) Statements of Work (SOW) Statements of Objectives (SOO) Intergovernmental Agreements (IGAs) cost estimates DD254s and contract policies and processes to improve contract procurement and opportunities for process improvement within program management and acquisition contract analysis and prepare information papers regarding cost schedule and PIEE and Electronic Document Access (EDA) to verify and collect contract tracking FAR and DFARS to ensure contractual accuracy compliance and legal and update electronic contract folders and filing executive briefs for leadership on program execution and contract status including milestones risks and future strong communication skills critical thinking integrity and leadership conceptual discussions into structured presentations to convey messages multiple priorities with strong organizational and project management new concepts rapidly in a dynamic evolving Qualifications Experience Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of DoD budgeting principles appropriations policies and strategy reviewing DoD and military service budget documents and identifying funding gaps or with the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process and DoD IT or cyberspace using budget systems such as DRDW SNAP-IT DITIP or of RDT&E Procurement and Operations and Maintenance DoD CIO program management acquisition planning and contract with procuring services software licenses and market research and recommend acquisition acquisition documents including PWS SOW SOO IGAs cost estimates DD254s and contract contracts for cost schedule performance and compliance with FAR and DFARS PIEE and EDA to maintain contract records and supporting process improvements and develop related acquisition policies and leadership briefings on program status financial planning goals and written and verbal communication critical-thinking organizational and project-management to work independently learn new concepts quickly and manage multiple Microsoft Word Skills:Experience supporting cybersecurity-related acquisitions or budget with OMB Circular A-11 (acquisition-relevant portions) and laws governing DoD translating high-level strategy documents into acquisition requirements or contract to use CATMS or similar systems to manage update and track staff :Current/Active Top Secret/SCI security Degree (Preferably in Financial Management Business Administration Technology or other applicable disciplines).10 years of experience in DoD program management acquisition or contract with DoD acquisition processes policies and documentation to read and interpret DoD policy and translate it into actionable acquisition identifying disconnects or gaps in Service-level or agency acquisition experience supporting IT or cyberspace-related programs within military components or DoD writing researching or interpreting DoD appropriations and acquisition-related with RDT&E Procurement and O&M funding execution within a contract or program management MS Word skills; proficient in PowerPoint Excel and Equal Employment Opportunity Policy: The company is an equal opportunity employer.
