Job Summary

General Summary: The Senior Accountant for Treasury & Revenue Reporting supports the Finance Department through treasury management banking administration revenue accounting cash management account reconciliations and financial reporting activities. This position is responsible for monitoring daily cash activity managing banking transactions maintaining cash flow forecasts reconciling accounts supporting revenue recognition processes and ensuring the accuracy of block purchase funding and related financial transactions. The role serves as a key contributor to the month-end close process cash management activities and the organizations overall financial RESPONSIBILITIES:Banking and Treasury ManagementPrepare and distribute daily bank balance deposit and cash activity bank account balances and cash activity to ensure sufficient funding for operational and maintain the organizations 13-week cash flow forecast and Cash Flow and process approved EFT ACH positive pay and remote check payment files through banking funding of payroll employee benefits accounts payable and other authorized bank Fraud Manager and Positive Pay exception items and coordinate resolution with banking banking records account documentation authorized signer information and treasury-related with banking relationship management and treasury process Accounting and ReconciliationPerform revenue and accounts receivable reconciliations to support accurate monthly financial revenue activity between source systems payment activity and the general and resolve variances unapplied receipts timing differences and reconciliation and record monthly deferred revenue entries and supporting revenue recognition processes in accordance with organizational accounting analyses and schedules related to revenue collections and receivable activity for management Purchase Funding AdministrationReconcile block purchase funding schedules payments received deferred revenue balances and related general ledger expected funding schedules and compare actual receipts to contractual payment and resolve funding discrepancies and reconciliation monthly reconciliation schedules and supporting with program contracts and finance personnel regarding funding activity and outstanding -End Close and General Ledger SupportReview bank reconciliations during the monthly close process and resolve outstanding reconciling and record recurring monthly journal entries related to banking revenue deferred revenue reimbursements and other assigned and maintain monthly bank statements and supporting month-end account reconciliations and supporting schedules in accordance with close with financial reporting variance analysis and month-end review detailed documentation supporting account balances and financial and Financial AnalysisMaintain treasury banking revenue and reconciliation reporting recurring reports schedules and analyses for Finance with audit requests and provide supporting documentation for external auditors and grantor and monitor assigned financial deliverables deadlines and reporting trends discrepancies and opportunities for process and Process SupportMaintain written procedures and process documentation for assigned with internal departments regarding banking revenue receivable and reconciliation with special projects system implementations and process improvement compliance with internal control requirements accounting policies and organizational other duties as :Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field of two years of experience in accounting finance treasury banking accounts receivable revenue accounting or related financial performing account reconciliations journal entries and financial proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting utilizing banking platforms accounting systems and financial software analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive financial to work effectively with AI-enabled tools digital assistants and workflow technologies to support analysis research documentation and process efficiency while maintaining appropriate review and :Minimum 21 years of Level I fingerprint clearance if required (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).CPR First Aid AED certification if required (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).Current valid Arizona Drivers License and 39-month Motor Vehicle Report and proof of vehicle registration liability insurance to meet insurance requirements if about this position Contact us at
