SENIOR ACCOUNTANT / SUPERVISOR / MANAGER
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Accountant Supervisor or Manager-level accounting professional for a Phoenix-based organization. This is a full-time position offering opportunity for growth and leadership responsibilities within a dynamic accounting department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting functions and oversee accounting team
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Ensure accuracy of accounting records and transactions
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Mentor junior accounting staff
- Participate in budget planning and forecasting
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- CPA or progress toward CPA certification preferred
- 5 years accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
- Leadership and team management experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Compensation
- Salary: $120000 $150000/year
