Job Summary
Schedule: 100% Onsite Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $50-$55/hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support manufacturing operations and plant financial reporting. This individual will be responsible for manufacturing cost accounting inventory and WIP reconciliations cost analysis month-end close activities financial reporting and partnership with plant leadership. The role will also provide oversight and mentorship to one accounting team member.
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years of manufacturing or cost accounting experience
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting COGS and cost allocation methodologies
- Experience with standard costing job costing or process costing
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle NetSuite or Infor
- Strong month-end close and financial reporting experience
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to explain cost variances and provide operational insights
- Experience partnering with manufacturing or plant operations teams preferred
