As a Senior Account Executive you will be responsible for driving new business growth by managing the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation close and ongoing account development. Using a consultative sales approach you will identify client business challenges and align NielsenIQs solutions to deliver measurable value exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.

Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed revenue target.
- Execute against sales initiatives: attend in-person trade shows each year perform cold-call lead generation conduct marketing campaigns to identify potential clients qualify and generate sales and conduct software demos.
- Self-starter to proactively prospect the marketplace to expand our client base and drive repeat purchases with occasional buyers.
- Use a consultative selling approach to identify client business need qualify probe scope and sell in NielsenIQs services.
- Execute end-to-end sales process including price generation writing proposals negotiating terms closing the sale and ensuring delivery to clients.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients and prospects.
- Manage client relationship and sales efforts with recurring ad-hoc clients by promptly answering client questions regarding data quality service offering and product delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Become proficient in NielsenIQ services systems and software tools.
A Little Bit About You
You enjoy fostering and growing customer relationships and working with syndicated data sets and analytic solutions across large matrixed organizations. You seek to educate your clients on various areas across the NielsenIQ product suite and are looking to create fully integrated solutions to solve your clients most pressing business issues. Youre comfortable with learning using and presenting the benefits of the industrys latest cloud-based technology and analytic solutions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field.
- 5 years experience as an account executive is required.
- CPG or experience selling a product or software is required.
- Strong selling critical thinking analytic customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and is well organized.
- Creative independent work ethic with the ability to solve problems
- Proficient in MS Office products.

Additional Information :
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $78500 - $100000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience qualifications skills and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
