What You Can Expect (Pay & Perks):

• Average Weekly Pay: $1700 $1900 (Top earners average $90K yearly)
• Strong Base Rate: $0.53 - $0.68 CPM (Depending on experience)
• Component Pay:
  • $17.50 per stop (Averages 36 stops per run)
  • $35.00 $60.00 short-haul pay
  • Breakdown & Detention Pay: $16.50/hour
• Bonus Opportunities: Safety driver referral and clean inspection bonuses.
• Premium Equipment: Late-model fleet equipped with advanced safety technology. Over 60% of our fleet is maintained by our own in-house shops to keep you moving safely.

Schedule & Home Time:

• Dispatch: Thursday Monday (Early morning dispatch between 1:00 AM 6:00 AM)
• Busiest Days: Thursday through Saturday
• Home Time: Semi-local schedule. Drivers are typically home every other day (unless a route is completed in a single day) plus a consistent weekly reset.

Requirements:

To maintain our industry-leading safety standards applicants must meet the following criteria:

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL-A)
• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
• Location: Must live within a 40-minute commute of Robinson TX
• Safety Record: Clean driving record and acceptable professional references
• Compliance: Must meet all current Department of Transportation (DOT) qualifications and pass a DOT physical/drug screen
