Site Supervisor - $23.00/hr

Location: Norwood MA

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 4:00PM - 12:00AM

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise security officers ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies.

Training & Development: Train new and existing staff review post procedures and ensure team readiness.

Scheduling & Coverage: Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately.

Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.

Incident Management: Respond to emergencies conduct investigations and file detailed reports.

Patrolling & Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of security or supervisory experience required. Candidates that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

High school diploma GED or equivalent required.

Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing.

Reliable transportation and communication required.
