Titan Security is hiring Security Response / Flex Officers to work at various locations throughout the Metro Detroit area.

This position features a flexible schedule with no set hours offering a dynamic work environment for the right candidate. Open availability is required. Candidates must be willing and able to work all shifts (days afternoons overnights and weekends).

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols to deter and detect security threats.
• Perform patrol services at assigned properties ensuring the safety and security of tenants visitors and assets.
• Monitor and operate security technology including CCTV systems access controlsystems and incident reporting software.
• Write detailed and professional reports on daily activities incidents and observations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents following company andclient protocols.
• Enforce company and client policies including safety procedures trespassing andunauthorized access.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional securitypresence.
• Adapt quickly to new environments client expectations and site-specificprocedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Previous experience in security is preferred.
