Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a healthcare location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location including hallways parking areas entrances and perimeter areas while observing and reporting unusual activity.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry points verifying authorized access and reporting suspicious behavior or unauthorized persons in accordance with location procedures.
• Support a professional environment by helping to deter disruptions offering directions to visitors and reporting maintenance lighting and/or hazard-related concerns observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital environment including the morgue.
• Must provide proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when required.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
