Pay: $17.00$19.50/hour Multiple Shifts Weekends & Holidays Required

Seeking reliable Security Officers to maintain safety provide customer service patrol property control access and report suspicious activity.

Security Positions Available:

• Rover - Foot Patrol: Patrol property to ensure security and prevent incidents
• Rover - Golf Cart : Patrol property to ensure security and prevent incidents; golf cart operation required and must clear MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening
• Gatehouse: Control access verify visitors and maintain security logs
• Pool: Monitor pool area enforce safety rules and assist guests
• Clubhouse: Monitor facilities assist guests and maintain a safe environment
• Front Desk: Greet residents and guests manage check-ins answer inquiries and coordinate communication while maintaining security procedures

Requirements:

• 21 years old
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid Florida Security D License
• Valid Florida Drivers License
• Pass background check drug test and MVR screening if required
• Strong communication/customer service skills
• Bilingual a plus
