As a Security Officer Access Point Attendant in Whitestown IN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location where you will help manage entry activity monitor assigned areas and support security-related protocols with professionalism and strong this role you will remain visible assist with routine patrols and deliver a caring reliable presence that reflects teamwork integrity and innovative service.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors drivers and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures access control protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points for people vehicles and deliveries helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting the verification of credentials shipping paperwork and visitor records.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location including warehouse areas loading docks parking areas and perimeter points as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Support daily logistics and distribution operations by observing trailer activity reporting unusual behavior or conditions and following post orders related to access property control and security-related reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
