Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and staff by following security-related procedures site-specific policies and front desk protocols at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity verify visitor access as directed and assist with sign-in processes badges and visitor logs in accordance with property guidelines.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Answer questions direct guests to the appropriate destination and communicate with property management and/or building personnel regarding security-related concerns.
• Maintain an attentive presence at the front desk observe surroundings for issues that may need response and document incidents and/or daily activity as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
