Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by greeting visitors employees and/or vendors verifying access permissions and following site-specific policies for a front desk location within a financial institution.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity manage visitor check-in procedures and document arrivals departures and/or unusual activity in accordance with post instructions.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting appropriate personnel and following emergency response procedures when needed.
• Answer phones provide directions and support front desk operations while helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and consistent application of security-related procedures.
• Prepare reports on daily activity access issues and/or incident details and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
