As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Associate in Nashville TN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a utilities location where you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help deter security-related incidents and support access control needs while delivering outstanding customer service. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and/or personnel by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or unusual conditions in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings grounds access points and perimeter areas to help identify unauthorized activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances gates and/or restricted areas verifying access permissions and reporting suspicious behavior or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
• Support daily operations by communicating with site personnel assisting with traffic and/or visitor flow and completing required reports logs and other assigned documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
