As a Security Officer Unarmed - Morningsin Phoenix AZ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail distribution center you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and report security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related responsibilities at a retail distribution location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility loading areas parking areas access points and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by observing personnel visitors and vehicle traffic; verify credentials and direct individuals according to site procedures.
• Document incidents observations and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
