As a Security Officer Unarmed Inspection Patrol in Corpus Christi TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols observe and report concerns assist visitors and tenants and provide professional communication and customer service. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and/or contractors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors exterior grounds parking areas access points and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access to the property verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures and report access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner contacting emergency services and/or site contacts as directed by established procedures.
• Document patrol observations incidents and unusual conditions through accurate activity reports and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
