As a Security Officer Unarmed Eveningin Boynton Beach FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer in a residential community where you will monitor entry points verify credentials and help support a welcoming security-related environment for residents and guests. This role combines visible presence routine patrols and customer service with clear communication and professionalism. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests visitors and vendors by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify resident and visitor authorization check credentials when required and document arrivals departures deliveries and/or contractor access in accordance with location guidelines.
• Respond to incidents resident concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while communicating relevant details to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity unsecured access points and other security-related concerns.
• Support community rules and property access protocols by providing clear directions answering questions and reporting maintenance lighting and/or amenity-related issues that may affect daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A state county or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card is required.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
