As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol in Fort Smith AR you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location where you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help reduce security-related concerns and support access awareness across the site. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license. Bring strong communication and a people-first approach while delivering reliable service with integrity teamwork and innovation.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or unusual activity in a calm problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas warehouses parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify access permissions when required and document deliveries visitor activity and/or other site-related observations.
• Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts following post orders and completing routine reports on incidents patrols and/or maintenance-related issues observed during rounds.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
