Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location including operational areas buildings and perimeter points helping to identify unusual conditions and/or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity in accordance with site protocols helping to support authorized access and visitor processing.
• Report maintenance concerns hazards and security-related issues observed during patrols and assist with following post orders and incident reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A TSA issued TWIC is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
